As a Fund-of-Funds, the Backbone Funder will also invest in small to mid-sized private funds.
An Alliance Partner may have an investment management team with sector expertise, which Backbone Funder can utilize. Both funds agree to provide reciprocal services. In return, the Fund Alliance Partners provide sector-specific asset management services to our Fund.
Under an exclusive mutual services agreement, our Fund delivers Fund-as-a-Service, a secure, efficient automated framework for investing in and monetizing investments.
